Here's a preview on the upcoming and much talked about mac OS X 10.5. Also known as Leopard. Some cool features shown in this video include "Time Machine", "Spaces" and the new "64-bit system" which is a break away from the old 32-bit macs and windows xp.
Oh and enjoy the short clip in beginning which is rather funny. (oh and if you're wondering who the hell is the person in the clip, refer to http://www.apple.com/getamac/ads/ )

The New Windows VISTA
Ok, so here's an intro to the new Windows VISTA due to launch early next year. What i find amusing is guess how much similarities it has to the present version of mac OS X 10.4 and even 10.2 (which was released a few years back)... So as they say, Windows, start your photocopiers...

Union Ball 2006
Union Ball has ended and i'm proud of all my Ulalaa freshies contestants. They all did well and Cheryl even won the title of Miss NUS.
*Me and Cheryl.. Woohoo~!! And yes i look darn sleepy.
Ok, so the seniors occupied table 1. But then after the first dish, we realised that table 2 is empty (OMG can you believe that) and so we slowly migrated and colonised table 2. Behold the gian beng pple at table 2 with their 2nd round at the cold dish haha...
*The consequence of 2 servings of everything
Subsequently, there were food, pageant, performances and tons of photo takings going on and that was the only fun thing i can find in union ball (though last year was still more fun).

Inspiration
An in-depth analysis of my blog layout
PROs... 1) Neat 2) Easy to read 3) Easy to maintain
Recently i got conscripted into the NUS breakers committee. Haha, no lah kidding. I volunteered my services actually. But then as Jeremiah said, "we should really start to stay away from NUSSU secretariat and find a new hang out spot, or else see people do things, hands will start to get itchy also." It seems i can never refuse an offer to help out. Even if i did refuse, i would start to feel bad and thought if i should have went on to help. Ok, to those who are reading, please do not be afraid to ask me to help out coz i really don't mind helping, especially PRU stuff. Afterall, PRU is also my sweat and blood.
That being said, been staying in school till 11pm plus this past week doing Breakers stuff. Mainly publicity materials such as standee designs, website, folding cranes etc. Not to mention the arcade sessions with janus and jeremiah haha. Though i must admit it is darn tiring, but still, it is fun to be part of a large project with your friends. So all of your people out there reading my blog must come for NUS Breakers 2006 ah. We're going to break the Singapore Book of Records and the Guinness Book of Records by drinking Milo (yes, all you can drink free) and folding cranes (every crane folded will help benefit charity as well).

Not My Day
Hmmm.... not my day...
Not my day no. 1 The only sample that succeeded (out of 3) yesterday was stuck on to the container cap today when i was opening the container. It dropped on the floor. It was lost forever. -_-
And there were no more sample...
Not my day no. 2 Found the "lost" sample beside a box on the floor. Attempted to pick it up using a pair of tweezers but it jumped off my tweezer halfway between the floor and table top and was lost forever and ever. -_-"
Not my day no.3 Got stabbed by a ultra fine pair of tweezers. My palm is now aching. When i pulled out the tweezer, there's a "squish" sound. I estimated it was at least 1 cm deep in. Ouch.... >_<
