$25000 Down the Drain
Below is a picture of a
wrecked Turbo Molecular Pump. It's originally used to obtain ultra high vacuum of about 10E-9 Torr (or about 10E-7 Pascal) in a vacuum chamber. However, from the picture we can see the rotors and slators had crashed. Possibly from an overload of gas input. This mean that it is unable to function anymore. That's $25000 down the drain. So enjoy this pic while you can coz the next pic of another wrecked TMP will cost another $25000 lol.
